Reba Phelps with B.O.M. Financial Services, chairs this committee.  She and the committee work to identify new services, reinvigorate existing services, and solicit feedback from the membership in order to make sure the membership is being served by the Chamber.  Just as importantly, the committee is active in ensuring member retention and expansion.
Some of the projects the committee directs include Chamber Breakfast events and After Hours, website and email policies, and programs to help new members explore their Chamber.  Additionally, the Ambassadors program falls under the discretion of this Committee.
