2. Changes and Reform: In your view, what has the district done well over the last five years? What has the district done poorly that you would change? Please provide specific examples.

3. Representation: You represent a specific part of Natchitoches Parish—how will you balance the needs of your specific constituents with the needs of the overall school district?

4. Conflict Resolution: If a parent or principal comes to you regarding, for example, a maintenance issue at a campus or a situation involving a particular teacher, how do you see your role as a school board member in resolving this issue?

5. District Goals: Natchitoches Parish Schools identified 6 district goals in their five-year strategic plan, “Ready, Set, Grow Natchitoches”. They are as follows:

a. Students enter kindergarten ready
b. Students will achieve mastery level on 3rd grade assessments and enter 4th grade prepared for grade-level content
c. Students will achieve mastery level on 8th grade assessments and enter 9th grade prepared for grade-level content
d. Students will graduate on time
e. Graduates will graduate with a college and/or career credential
f. Graduates will be eligible for a TOPS award
